2016-2018 (Le2i Dijon) Representation of uncertain data in collaborative environments

The multiplicity of actors involved in data collection imperfect property of collected data is partly related to the reliability of the sources contributing to enrich them. Our contribution is to study how it is possible to represent uncertainty using systems based on modal logic to check the quality of the corpus in an open and extensible platform.

2012-2016 (Le2i Dijon) collaborative systems – Ontology

Our contribution is part of the OCIS (Ontology based Collaboration of Information Source) project, which is investigating and implementing a cooperative architecture of information systems (structured and semi-structured information) based on ontologies to express the semantics of shared information.

2009-2012 (Le2i Dijon) ANR NEUMA project (Ontology)

NEUMA platform is a digital library devoted to the preservation and dissemination of symbolic music content (scores). The platform is open to musicologists, musicians, and music publishers. It consists of a repository dedicated to the storage of large collections of digital scores, where users/applications can upload their documents. Our contribution was to define a general model for representing music data and allowing annotate query.

2001-2010 (IUFM Dijon) Impact des TICE dans les pratiques des enseignants

As a result of the surveys carried out on the use of ICT (information and communication technologies) by future teachers, the work concentrated on the use of information research by young teachers, both in the preparation of their courses and in the use made in the classroom with pupils. Interviews conducted by the team of teachers helped to identify some brakes and to consider ways to remedy them.

1984-1996 (CRIN Nancy) Computed Aided Learning

The purpose is to build a system able to manage the subject matter and to find an adapted path for each learner. The main axes are the representation of the domain knowledge and the representation of the activities proposed to the learner. The environment provides to model domain knowledge through concepts associated with elementary items. The runnable pieces of software are described as learning units characterized by pre-conditions and post-actions expressed in terms of elementary items and learner’s results. Other parts of the model include pedagogical objectives, learner’s performance dynamically updated and knowledge about decision making to build a complete learning material from a set of existing modules, a learning goal and information gathered through interaction with the user.
